I truly believe that energy is the backbone of how we function and having that energy cleansed and balanced is crucial. By being a licensed massage therapist, Reiki master, and certified in polarity, I pride myself in helping you with that energy. Through my services I hope you have an immersive experience, leaving you feeling renewed and refreshed.

If one is looking for the conventional Swedish massage, care is given to each muscle of the body. Each massage is structured for the clients body that allows them to feel at ease and comfortable. It is not only for physical relaxation, but to create a mindful and open atmosphere.

Polarity is a hands on healing art that addresses the root cause of emotional stress and physical tension. Polarity helps a person let go of old patterns and it increases the relaxation response so your body can naturally heal itself. This is done based on the individuals needs offering a unique experience for each person using contact points on the body to release tension.

Reiki on the other hand is done with a few different techniques, palm healing or hands on healing which allows universal energy to flow through the practitioner to the client.

I hope to add a dynamic experience to an already fantastic energy at The Copper Cave. The greatest gift you can give yourself is a little time to relax your body, calm your mind and raise your energy.
