Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing

Join us for a calming Yoga Nidra and sound healing practice led by CJ Pellerin of Willow Wellness. The experience will begin with a focus on your breath to ground your body and to take in the therapeutic effects of halotherapy. Once grounded, you will be led on a guided meditation of effortless relaxation where you will rest in a state between sleep and wakefulness. Class will end with sound healing, immersing your body and mind with the vibrational healing energy of various instruments, further supporting your body with relaxation and deep release of any tension. Please bring a yoga mat. (Accommodations can be made to use a chair, if necessary.)
