Each evening begins with a settling meditation to gently ground the body and quiet the mind, followed by an immersive sound bath experience, all while receiving the healing benefits of halotherapy inside the salt cave!

These gatherings are intimate, nourishing, and deeply regulating for the nervous system. Space in the cave is very limited and they tend to fill quickly.

After June, it will be time for a summer pause (yes, summer and allll that sunshine will be here before we know it! ), so these will be the only opportunities to join this experience until the fall. If you’ve been wanting to come, I would love to hold space for you.
