About the event
Join Sharon for slow flow yoga in the cave. During this class you will move through basic postures, allowing your body to ground, open, and make space as you experience the benefits of halotherapy. This class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring your own mat and arrive 10 minutes before class begins to get settled.
