Salt and Sound - Sound Bath Healing in the Cave

Join us as Laura Degelmann of Soul-full Notes Sound Healing fills the cave with her healing sounds using crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes!

What is a sound bath and how does it work?  Sound baths are an experience to heal your mind, body, and spirit.  Everything in the universe has a vibrational frequency.  Since our bodies are 75% water, your body will interact with the healing vibrations being played.  The soothing tones are meant to calm and relax as they rebalance the natural frequencies of the body.

While your parasympathetic nervous system is being brought to a healing state, your body will have an even greater opportunity to benefit from the effects of the halotherapy.
