About the event
Join Ellen of The Golden Light in the Salt Cave for an evening to ground, connect, and restore where sound meets calm and inner glow. Participants are supported in releasing what no longer serves them and allowing the Golden Light to transmute and restore balance to mind, body and spirit. Please bring a yoga mat. You may bring your own drum or rattle if you have one. There will be some to share also!
