Restorative Yoga with Reiki

CJ Pellerin of Willow Wellness will lead you on a grounding restorative yoga practice with Reiki, as you breathe in the therapeutic effects of halotherapy. Restorative yoga is a relaxing and highly supported practice that targets the parasympathetic nervous system. Feel the soothing and calming energy of this practice as we move through a series of long held poses. Throughout class, CJ will be offering the healing energy of Reiki, using her hands to deliver universal life force energy to your body. Reiki is optional. Leave feeling relaxed and restored.
