About the event
Many people shy away from meditation, thinking that they "can't meditate." Join us in the cave for this guided journey and learn a little more about meditation. You will be led through a guided meditation that will bring you inward, allowing you to listen to your inner self. This is the essence of meditation! You will leave feeling relaxed and renewed.
All skill levels are welcome and would enjoy this program, from beginners to the seasoned practitioner. This session will be led by Erica Stack of Heart & Soul Reiki.
A little about Erica:
Erica is a Reiki Master teacher, certified mindfulness and meditation instructor, and nationally Board Certified Mindful Health and Wellness Coach. She is the owner and operator of Heart & Soul Healing by Erica, a practice located on Main Street in Plaistow.
