Embrace your power through intention setting, breath work, the crystal bowls, Reiki and guided meditation. The time is now to remember and love your strength. I offer you the opportunity to go within to find your deep truth in the nurturing environment of The Copper Cave. We come together to support one another on this amazing journey of life.
Dress comfortably. Bring any props that will assist in your comfort as well as a pen and paper or journal. This program will include halotherapy.

As the founder/owner of Elationship Coaching, LLC, Karen combines her background in Positive Psychology, Crisis Counseling, Trauma Support and Life Coaching along with her skills in the Healing Arts to provide a comprehensive and compassionate approach to healing and manifesting.
